Daisy, Daisies and the Little People

Today we went for a bike ride and as usual Daisy wants to make a daisy chain. We picked some and then realised that we didn't have anywhere to put them, luckily they made it back home in her hood. She made a daisy chain to skip with and then made it longer to write her name.

Back to Itchycoo

(They are my pictures, just looking - reminding myself of Mimi - It's been a while)
Starting the base layer of 4 new Itchycoo Petites, while Daisy and Iris draw and stick beside me.
(Very worried the glitter will get into my paint. Not what I'm looking for, so far so good.)
Until Iris wants to paint with me...... I give up!!
Not content with doing her own pictures Iris always has to - help - me - (I cry help!)
She tried very hard to start to dot on top of my paintings, luckily I managed to fob her off with the edges - with a little extra white space - she could do more. Lovely.
So below are the pretty edges that won't be staying.

My happy little monster!

Something by Daisy and Iris.

 Daisy's Giraff
Nana and Grandpa have just got back from a long trip to America visiting Juliet, Steve, Lily and Jack. So Iris drew this, it's Nana and Grandpa back at home with Jack the cat.
(Not sure who the walking stick is for? Unless it is a wand for Nanny Plum.)

Daisy and Iris's Messy Mosaic Madness!

This is something we made earlier.

Laying out the pattern
Tile smashing.

Getting started
Mix and fix.

My mucky pups!

Not sure why she insists on cleaning with a paintbrush?
Poor duck hiding under the sick. I had expected a messy table and a bit of mess over them, but what I hadn't considered was the spray and flicks of cement everywhere, what you can't see here is the trail on the floor and flicks up the wall on the way! I think the clearing up process takes longer than the actual thing!
Grouting mess!
Squelch, squelch!

And the finished item!
