So the pattern worked, I have my own mug! Shame about the quality. Here are a few testers below. It's a shame as in reality they are rather grey and dull. As for the two below with a rainbow and daisies, the image has been printed upside down. - No that wasn't me! I'm not sure what happened there- yet. I already had the placemat of Sometimes it Snows in April.

The next step would be to get the image lifted from the background and continue into the inside of the cup, while adding some depth within some of the larger dots.
